Who we are:

Since opening in Nanaimo in the early 80s Top Quality Cleaners - formerly Mr. One Hour Cleaners has been owned and operated by the Flamand family. We have worked hard to provide Nanaimo with quality cleaning and a friendly family feel.

Mr. One Hour Cleaners Duncan has been in the Flamand family since the mid 70s and also concentrates on quality, service, and a friendly atmosphere.

Terry and Lavone Flamand, with their long term staff, are always there to give cleaning advice and provide the best service possible.
