·Are they a member in good standing AND are they listed on the BC Fabricare website?
·What is their customer rating?
·Have they had any issues? If so, how have they been handled

Yahoo, Facebook & Yelp are all excellent ways to see what is being said about the business from the consumer’s perspective.
Anyone can open a dry cleaner. However, it is the quality of service that allows them to stay in business. Look for establishments that have been under the same ownership/management for five years or more. They are likely trustworthy.
Ask people you know:
The best form of advertising is from people you know. Ask around and see what the people you know have to say, they will be more than willing to share their experiences and help give you as much information as they can.
Take them for a test drive:
Still not sure? Bring a piece or two in for cleaning to see for yourself! If all goes well, you’ve found yourself a great drycleaners. If you’re unhappy for any reason, a reputable drycleaner will go out of their way to make sure any issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
